Looking for a great place to host a birthday party or a family gathering? Friendly House has several facilities that are available to rent.
At Friendly House the gym, canteen, pool lounge and pool are available to rent. Rentals are only done on the weekends at Friendly House. Alcohol is not permitted at Friendly House.
Happy Hollow and Hidden Hollow are great places to have retreats, wedding receptions and graduation parties. Happy Hollow is available on weekends, April-September. Hidden Hollow is only available April, May, September, and October.
All rentals require a non-refundable deposit and that a rental request form be filled out. No holds will be placed on dates without payment. Additional rental fees or staff fees are due at the time stated in your contract. All rules and regulations must be followed in accordance to the facility and additional insurance may be required.

Friendly House Rental Rates:
Staff Fee: $15 per hour, per staff member, paid on day of rental to the staff members directly, by the renter.

A rental request must be filled out and approved. Once approved a rental contract is required to be completed and signed by both parties.
Deposit of $50.00 is required to reserve rental dates with the balance due prior to the rental date. Staff fees are to be paid to the staff on site, in cash, the day of the event.
The deposit is separate from the rental price. Friendly House Staff will refund your deposit after inspection by check. Refund will be mailed within 10 days after rental date.
Happy Hollow Rental Rates:
Rental of Happy Hollow is for the Lodge only. The lodge is a spacious facility with a small kitchen, walk-in cooler, restrooms, meeting room and tables and chairs are included. The room must be returned to the condition it was found prior to rental. A deposit of $100.00 must be enclosed when returning the rental request to hold your date.
A minimum rental fee of $300.00 is charged up to three hours. After three hours, $75.00 per hour will be charged. Fees are due 4 weeks before the event.
A copy of your Comprehensive General Liability insurance is due 4 weeks prior to the event.

Hidden Hollow Rental Rates:
Rental of Hidden Hollow is for the Sky High Lodge and grounds surrounding the lodge. The lodge is a 2 floor facility with full kitchen, large open dining and living rooms, fire places, balcony’s patios, and restrooms on each floor. Chairs and tables are included in rental price. A deposit of $250.00 must be enclosed when returning the rental request to hold your date. Rentals are typically for renting on a Saturday. Rentals have access to the lodge and facility the Friday before after 3:00 pm and the space used must be returned to a clean condition prior Sunday at 11:00 am.
Rental Price of $1250.00 is due 6 weeks before date of event! This amount is separate from the deposit which will be returned via mail after inspection.
